What is the Predictive Index?
The Predictive Index (PI®) is a unique, in-house management tool that has been helping executives throughout the world develop their leaders and strengthen their organizations since 1955. How is the PI Administered?
A simple, adjective checklist, PI is easily administered almost anywhere and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Results are quickly and easily available on site. The PI Program includes a computerized support system. (Windows and web formats)
How is the Predictive Index Interpreted?
Managers are trained to interpret the Predictive Index results in a 2 day executive workshop conducted by experienced PI Consultants. Workshop participants learn how to analyze the information provided by PI to better understand and manage their people and to more effectively lead their organizations. Certification in Predictive Index is required now by hundreds of companies in Canada in their senior managerial roles.
