With more than thirty years experience in international business and industry, Robin has worked extensively all over the world, training and consulting with many of the largest and most influential companies in Europe, Middle East, Asia and North & South America. In 1997, he took over as President and CEO of Praendex Europe SA based in Switzerland, of which PI Europe is a 100% owned subsidiary before moving the organisation to the UK in 2004. In 2011 he returned to Switzerland and runs the company from his base in Cully.

Prior to his work with PI Europe, Robin worked in International HR for Tetra Pak, where he was responsible for recruitment and management development worldwide, supporting the international growth of the company.

He has dual British-Swiss citizenship, and is fluent in German and French.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham, Mike gained a scholarship to work in the US in a role affiliated to the University of Purdue, Indiana. On his return to the UK he worked in commercial banking and finance for a number of years in several management positions including training and coaching and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Before joining PI Europe as Vice President (Project Management) he was employed by a Luxemburg bank specialising in investment management and financial planning.
