A thirty-year veteran of the human resources industry, Robin has worked extensively all over the world, training and consulting with many of the largest and most influential companies in Europe, Middle East, Asia and North & South America. In 1997, he took over as President and CEO of Praendex Europe SA based in Switzerland, of which PI Europe is a 100% owned subsidiary before moving the organisation to the UK in 2004 and taking up the position of Chairman in 2009.

Prior to his work with PI Europe, Robin worked in International HR for Tetra Pak, where he was responsible for recruitment and management development worldwide, supporting the international growth of the company.

With more than 10 years of senior management experience spanning mainly Asia and South America, Morten brings a wealth of business knowledge and leadership experience to the role. In addition to his role as VP, Morten is responsible for the continued growth and development of the Danish market.

Prior to joining PI Europe, Morten held various executive positions in P.R.C., Singapore, Malaysia and most recently as the Managing Director for the AP Moller Maersk activities in Brazil based in Sao Paulo.

Fluent in Danish and English, with proficiency in French, German, and Mandarin Morten graduated from the Copenhagen Business School with a BA in Business & Administration before completing an Executive MBA (with honours), from IMD in 2007
