Executive Review

In times of change, when both short-term and long-term goals must be achieved, it is vital that everyone at the C-level is performing to their full potential as how they are perceived by others within the organisation will have a direct impact on the bottom line results.

The Executive Review provides CEO’s and Senior Level Executives with an insight into how the Management team are currently performing, and the potential threats and opportunities for the team, during a one day interview and feedback session.

Each member at the C-level completes a Predictive Index survey and then feedback is given during one to one sessions. This information is then gathered and entered in to an organisational grid which provides clear information on the motivation and energy within the team. An action plan will be devised for team to allow each member to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.

Executive Brief

The Executive Brief is the natural progression from the Executive Review. It is a one day training session, tailored to the organisation’s business requirements, which provides Management with:

  • A common language to aid better communication and integration throughout the organisation
  • A focused plan on how to achieve company goals and objectives taking into account potential threats and opportunities
  • A clear understanding of how PI Europe solutions can help the organisation implement and execute company strategy
  • An outline of how the gap between HR and Management can be bridged to help build a high performance culture within the organisation
