Romans Holomjovs is an associate for PI Europe currently consulting and training customers in several countries.

Prior joining PI Europe Romans Holomjovs had 13 year fast track and diverse international career with a large multinational company A.P.Moller-Maersk holding various general management positions in Singapore, Malaysia, Russia and Baltic States. He has got vast experience in managing small and large offices complimented by expertise in regional commercial, business development, investment and project management areas.

Romans has over 7 years of practical experience in implementing PI solutions for setting up or restructuring teams and organizations, merger and acquisitions as well as creating high performance motivated teams.

Romans Holomjovs executive education includes Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management Trainee Program as well as various leadership courses including management program in IMD. He is fluent in English, Russian and Latvian languages.
