Martin Novotný

Martin was assigned to several managerial functions within a corporate multinational company in the Czech republic and abroad. These functions in principle dealt with questions of employees‘ development as well as human resources management support for line management.

He set up his own consultancy business in 2008 and has been actively looking after PI clients and growing the PI business in Czech and Slovak republics since then.

Martin is a qualified member of PI Europe and a qualified user of a range of Psychometric Instruments.
